3D MODELING AND ANIMATION
While my experience with 3D animation and modeling isn’t extensive, I have my foot in the door and comfortable applying it. Being an independent developer I’ve had to take on the responsibilities all aspects of development, therefor I prioritize efficient, reusable approaches to animation and asset creation.
Many of the animations I’ve created can be repurposed or modified across multiple instances. For example, an interaction animation can be used for multiple scenarios from item pickups to crafting while being able to loop seamlessly and indefinitely for a task’s duration.
Similarly, I can create a limited set of combat animations and use blend trees, masks, and animation layers to transition and blend them dynamically to make a variety of swings.
Overall, I try to prioritize on clear, readable motion and snappy frames to ensure actions feel responsive and impactful.
